Role Objective:
To ensure the seamless academic delivery and operational integrity of postgraduate (Master’s/DBA) programs.
The Academic Associate will act as the bridge between faculty, learners, and curriculum operations.
This role will drive high-quality content development, maintain rigorous assessment standards, supervise advanced research projects, and leverage operational efficiency to enhance the overall learner journey.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Address learner queries related to coursework, assessments, and module content via email/LMS within defined TAT.

Provide one-on-one academic guidance to learners for dissertation/project proposal development and final submission.

Design, evaluate, and moderate summative/formative assessments (essays, reports, and case study analyses) against strict Master’s/PhD-level grading rubrics, ensuring 100% compliance with awarding body standards (e.g., OTHM/ATHE/PEARSON/SQA).

Provide constructive, detailed feedback that promotes critical thinking, while rigorously using plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin) to uphold academic honesty.

Coordinate with internal business units and external partners (partner universities, awarding bodies) for seamless program delivery and compliance.

Manage academic operations - scheduling course/cohort releases, tracking learner progress, maintaining result records, and ensuring timely certification.

Develop and update high-quality learning materials (PPTs, reading matetials, lab scripts, case studies) aligned with Master’s/PhD-level curricula.

Design research-focused content, including sample dissertations, research methodology guides, and publication-ready article templates for learners.
Skills and Qualifications required:

Background in Education, Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Should have a Master's Degree in Management or an MBA.
