About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator who can transform ideas into engaging AI-generated and human-shot advertisement videos.
The ideal candidate should be someone who can think of fresh concepts, create ad ideas, prepare threads/storylines, write scripts, and turn concepts into short-form video content for social media and advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative and innovative advertisement ideas for products and campaigns.
- Develop AI video concepts and human-shot video concepts.
- Prepare video threads, storylines, hooks and content structures.
- Write engaging scripts for reels, ads, promotional videos and social media content.
- Create strong hooks, CTAs and storytelling concepts that capture attention.
- Use AI tools to develop AI-generated videos, visuals, voiceovers and creative content.
- Coordinate with designers, marketers and other team members to execute concepts.
- Develop multiple creative variations for Meta/Instagram/Facebook/YouTube advertisements.
- Research current social media trends, viral formats, hooks and advertising styles.
- Convert product features into interesting, entertaining and conversion-focused content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new campaign ideas.
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools, video formats and creative techniques.
What We Are Looking For
- Highly creative thinker with the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.
- Good scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create a concept from idea → thread → script → video.
- Comfortable working with AI video/content creation tools.
- Good understanding of advertising psychology, hooks and audience attention.
- Malayalam content knowledge is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand Kerala audience behaviour and local trends is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio/showreel of previous creative work is preferred.
