## Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Basal Implantologist to diagnose, plan, and perform advanced basal implant procedures for patients with compromised bone conditions and those requiring immediate functional loading. The role involves delivering high-quality implant care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and ethical practice.
## Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate patients for basal implant treatment through comprehensive clinical examination, CBCT analysis, and treatment planning.
* Perform basal implant surgeries, including immediate loading protocols.
* Manage full-mouth rehabilitation cases using basal implant systems.
* Treat patients with severe bone loss where conventional implants may not be suitable.
* Plan and execute extractions with immediate implant placement when clinically indicated.
* Collaborate with prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and laboratory teams to ensure successful prosthetic rehabilitation.
* Educate patients regarding treatment options, benefits, risks, expected outcomes, and post-operative care.
* Monitor healing, occlusion, and long-term implant success through regular follow-up.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
* Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, radiation safety, and clinical governance standards.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in basal implantology through continuing education and professional development.
## Qualifications
* BDS with valid Dental Council registration.
* MDS (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Prosthodontics, or Periodontics) preferred.
* Fellowship, Diploma, or Certified Training in Basal Implantology.
* Demonstrated experience in immediate loading and full-mouth rehabilitation is highly desirable.
## Experience
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in implant dentistry.
* Hands-on experience with basal implant systems and advanced implant surgical protocols.
* Experience managing complex implant cases and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
## Required Skills
* Expertise in basal implant surgical techniques.
* Strong knowledge of oral anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic rehabilitation.
* Proficiency in CBCT interpretation and digital treatment planning.
* Excellent surgical judgment and complication management skills.
* Strong patient communication and treatment counseling abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
