- Plan daily production work based on sales orders and project requirements.
- Prepare simple production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.
- Check the availability of raw materials before starting production.
- Coordinate with the purchase team if additional materials are required.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing production and track order status.
- Follow up with the production team to avoid delays and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain communication with sales, production, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, job cards, and planning reports.
- Prepare and share daily or weekly production updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning / PPC / Manufacturing operations.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and inventory coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or ERP systems.
