Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Social Media Manager to lead our digital growth across search engines and social platforms.
This role is responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, generating leads, and building a strong brand presence through strategic SEO and social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website, landing pages, and product pages for search intent
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Manage technical SEO (indexing, speed, schema, errors)
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Plan and oversee SEO content strategy (blogs, landing pages, FAQs)
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Manage content calendar and publishing
- Lead creative direction for posts, reels, and campaigns
- Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR)
- Align social media with lead generation and sales goals
Performance & Reporting:
- Track and analyze SEO and social media KPIs
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and ROI-focused
Team & Coordination
- Coordinate with design, content, and development teams
- Guide junior marketers and content creators
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and Social Media Management
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and organic growth
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC)
- Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
