Fabrication Fitter – Tower Division
Perform fabrication and fitting of transmission tower steel members as per approved drawings.
Read basic fabrication drawings and carry out marking, measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding and fitting.
Ensure proper alignment, dimensions and quality of fabricated components.
Assist in tack welding/assembly and use of hand & power tools safely.
Follow production targets, quality standards and PPE/safety requirements.
Maintain housekeeping and report defects or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Qualification: ITI – Fitter/Fabrication or equivalent
Experience: 2–5 years in tower/structural steel fabrication preferred.
