BrandBook Tech is a Creative + Tech + AI agency delivering branding, digital marketing, web & app development, AI solutions, automation, and creative production for clients across India and the GCC.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with mandatory experience in a Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency to lead client projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Coordinate with creative, branding, digital marketing, web development, content, video production, and social media teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and project trackers.
- Ensure all projects follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to improve project workflows and efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in a Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing branding, creative, digital marketing, website, and software projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
