Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at our apartment project in Erode. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in apartment/residential construction, with strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, manpower management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the apartment project.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and other civil works.
- Check and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Manage and monitor labour and subcontractor productivity.
- Ensure proper execution of work according to safety standards and construction practices.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure the project is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure rectification of defects.
- Coordinate with the project manager and management regarding site progress, manpower, materials, and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction.
- Mandatory experience in apartment / residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and BOQ.
- Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, and site labour.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities.
- Candidates willing to work and stay in Erode are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
