Responsibilities
- Perform complex analysis, including sample preparation, quantification and interpretation of analytical results, requiring higher expertise within the defined TAT
- Review the results of work done by analysts for the assigned parameters.
- Allocate daily jobs to Analysts when Team Lead is not available — under TL direction; does not extend to independent allocation decisions without prior TL guidance on priorities and capacity.
- Lead troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance planning of instruments used.
- Assist the team leader or the reporting in charge, in conducting method development, validation, uncertainty estimation.
- Monitor instrument utilization, downtime tracking and report the outcomes to team leader.
- Verify requisition for routine consumables and chemicals raised by analysts
- Report the non conformances, deviations, OOS to Team leader or manager and initiate the corrective action and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with ISO/NABL requirements during audits.
- Train and groom the trainee, junior analysts and analysts in their roles.
Qualification:
M.Sc. in Chemistry (Any branch of chemistry) / M. Tech Food Tech etc with strong instrumentation exposure
Experience: 4-6 years
- Demonstrated review capability — has co-reviewed results for minimum parameters as secondary reviewer before Senior Analyst designation is confirmed
- LIMS proficiency- result review workflow, job allocation in LIMS
- Led minimum one OOS investigation from detection through to CAPA closure, fully documented.
- Established training track record — has formally developed and signed off minimum one junior staff member on at least two parameters.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
