Job Description:
· Operate moulding machines
· Supervise helpers to ensure smooth moulding operations, correct material usage, quality output, and adherence to safety and process requirements.
Job Specification:
Education:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Ability to read basic moulding parameters, material names, and work instructions.
Technical Skills:
Moulding machine operation, basic parameter setting, material identification, and defect observation.
Interpersonal Skills:
Good coordination with team members, alertness on the shop floor, and ability to guide helpers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Operate moulding machines as per approved parameters and instructions.
· Ensure correct raw material is loaded and used for moulding.
· Guide helpers in handling material, parts, and machines safely.
· Check moulded parts for basic defects and immediately report abnormalities.
· Ensure helpers follow proper handling practices to avoid damage or mix-up.
· Maintain cleanliness and safety around moulding machines.
· Support preventive maintenance by informing the in-charge of any abnormal machine behaviour.
· Ensure smooth shift handover by communicating machine status and pending work.
· Follow SOPs, safety rules, and company discipline at all times.
Observation Parameters:
· Machine handling and alertness
· Material identification accuracy
· Quality awareness during moulding
· Safety and housekeeping practices
Responsibility during shift handover
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
