We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager who understands how to build engaging brands and create content that captures attention and delivers results.
This is a full-time, office-based role in our Hyderabad office, where you'll work alongside our talented Digital Marketing team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and highly creative Social Media Manager with a strong eye for design, storytelling, and brand identity.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple hospitality and lifestyle brands, developing creative content ideas, planning engaging campaigns, and ensuring every post reflects the client's brand and business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with organisation and understands how social media contributes to business growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy with excellent English.
- Design high-quality social media graphics, stories, carousels, and promotional content.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, paid media specialists, and account managers to deliver outstanding content.
- Stay ahead of trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to ensure content supports advertising campaigns.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience managing restaurants, cafés, hotels, lounges, or hospitality brands.
- Has excellent written and spoken English. This is essential.
- Has a strong creative eye for branding, design, and visual storytelling.
- Understands what makes engaging content across different social platforms.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Can confidently present creative ideas and campaign concepts.
- Has experience using multiple design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Is familiar with Meta Business Suite and understands platform best practices, insights, scheduling, and publishing tools.
- Understands current social media trends, short-form video, Reels, and audience engagement.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency is a strong advantage.
