Morning Shift - 7.30 AM to 4.30 PM
Evening Shift- 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator with strong hands-on experience in MySQL database administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database availability, performance, monitoring, maintenance, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting across production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Have 4 to 5 years of relevant MySQL DBA experience in production environments.
- Strong experience with MySQL database administration .
- Hands-on experience with MySQL Server High Availability.
- Strong experience with MySQL Replication, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Good understanding of database backup, restore, recovery, and disaster-recovery practices.
- Experience with database monitoring and performance-tuning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production database issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor database health, performance, availability, and capacity using appropriate monitoring tools.
- Perform routine database administration, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization.
- Manage and troubleshoot MySQL replication and high-availability environments.
- Manage MySQL database High Availability configurations and troubleshoot related issues.
- Perform and validate database backups and restores, ensuring data recoverability.
- Analyze database performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve stability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot database incidents and provide timely resolution for business-critical issues.
- Maintain database security, configuration, documentation, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve database-related issues.
Availability
- Ability to respond to and support business-critical database issues outside regular hours, when required.
