About the Company
Filante Global Services is a Kozhikode-based company providing end-to-end eCommerce consulting for Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify brands including marketplace optimization, FBA setup, performance marketing, and brand scaling strategy. Beyond consulting, Filante also runs its own group of D2C brands, including Bmado (kitchen products) and Wekitch, giving our team hands-on experience building and scaling real eCommerce businesses, not just advising on them.
Job Summary
We're looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations across Filante Global Services and our in-house brands. You'll own recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR process-building as we scale our consulting practice and our own D2C ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding across consulting, marketing, and operations roles
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate payroll processing with the finance team
- Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR policies
- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
- Plan employee engagement initiatives
- Support performance review cycles
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Assist leadership with manpower planning as the company scales
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (strong HR interns welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong communication in Malayalam and English
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-brand startup environment
- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or consulting industries is a plus
