- Learn and understand industrial cutting tools such as drills, end mills, inserts, holders, etc.
- Visit customers on a daily basis for sales activities, enquiry follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Assist senior sales engineers in handling existing industrial customers.
- Visit manufacturing units, workshops, and OEMs for product promotion and sales support.
- Identify customer requirements by understanding machining processes and applications.
- Prepare quotations, follow up for orders, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support in achieving sales targets after completion of training period.
- Collect market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of daily customer visits, enquiries, and sales data.
- Participate in product training and technical demonstrations conducted by the company or suppliers.
