Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate to support the hospital's marketing initiatives, patient engagement activities, brand promotion, and business development efforts. The candidate will work closely with doctors, corporate clients, referral partners, and the community to increase patient footfall and enhance the hospital's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare programs in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies.
- Conduct health camps, awareness programs, CME activities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with consultants and department heads to support marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads and referrals to increase patient volumes.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information to identify business opportunities.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, health talks, and corporate wellness programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns as required.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
