Dawer Propack Private Limited is a manufacturer of flexible packaging material serving industrial and commercial customers with quality packaging solutions. The company has an annual turnover of approximately Rs. 500 Crore and operates its manufacturing operation from Kundli,Haryana.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the Finance & Accounts function of the organisation.
Preparation, review and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Finalisation of accounts and coordination with statutory, internal and tax auditors.
Preparation of MIS, budgets, forecasts and financial analysis for management.
Effective management of working capital, cash flow, receivables and payables.
Review of accounting, reconciliations, ledgers and financial controls.
Costing and profitability analysis of manufacturing operations.
Establishing and strengthening internal financial controls, systems and processes.
Coordination with banks, auditors, tax consultants and other external stakeholders.
Supervision, training and management of the accounts team.
Providing timely financial information, analysis and recommendations to the management.
Ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely completion of all financial and accounting activities.
Candidate Profile
Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter preferred.
Preferably 40 years and above, with maturity and strong professional experience.
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in a senior Finance & Accounts position.
Experience in flexible packaging, plastics, FMCG packaging or a similar manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, banking, working capital, costing and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
Should be capable of independently managing the Finance & Accounts function and leading the accounts team.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a mature, hands-on and commercially oriented finance professional with experience handling the Finance & Accounts function of a sizeable manufacturing organisation.
The candidate should be comfortable dealing directly with senior management, banks, auditors and consultants and should have the ability to strengthen financial controls and improve the company's financial reporting and working-capital management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
