- Audit and process travel expenses reports from employees according to the Travel & Expenses process and country guidelines; as well as managing the inbox and ensure compliance with service SLAs by responding in a timely manner to employees.
- Prepare payment proposals, bank reconciliations, and account analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, ensuring process optimization and ongoing development.
- Act as the T&E representative alongside GB Finance, banks, and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for Regional/Global projects.
- Responsible for analysis and continuous improvement of KPIs.
- Responsible for training cardholders and effective communication, serving as a reference.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team to ensure that members are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Responsible for internal and external auditing.
- Work closely with the T&E team to ensure the quality of services and E2E processes, with topics in Horizontal Topics, for example, in P2P, and also cross-areas and SDU.
- Degree in Accounted Public, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- 5 years of experience in accounting areas or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Advanced skills in Excel (mandatory) y macro (valued)
