Role: Travel Sales Consultant

About the Role
Travora Trips is looking for a Travel Sales Consultant who can handle travel enquiries, communicate with customers, convert leads into bookings, and help travellers choose the right trip.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through WhatsApp and calls.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
- Explain Travora's trips, itineraries, inclusions and pricing.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead and booking records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payments and booking confirmations.
- Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
- Build a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Share daily/weekly sales updates with the sales team.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Basic knowledge/interest in travel and tourism.
- Good follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp conversations.
- Sales experience is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Candidates based in Delhi NCR preferred.
- Smartphone and stable internet connection required for WFH.
Compensation
Initial Phase: Commission-based
₹300 per confirmed booking
As the business and performance grow, the role can transition to fixed salary + incentives.
