Assignment Support Coordinator, youll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by ensuring contractor assignments are managed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard.

- Contract & Assignment Administration: Prepare and process Contracts of Employment (COLs), amendments, assignment extensions, and placement documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Bullhorn Processing: Manage contractor placements, amendments, extensions, and assignment updates within Bullhorn and associated systems.
- Contractor Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and approvals are completed before assignment commencement.
- Compliance Management: Conduct compliance checks and maintain accurate records to ensure contractors meet client and legislative requirements.
- Client & Contractor Support: Act as a key point of contact for assignment-related queries, providing timely, professional, and effective support.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM, HR, compliance, and operational systems.
- Assignment Coordination: Support the smooth delivery of contractor assignments through proactive administration and stakeholder communication.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve assignment-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to clients and contractors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, finance, operations, compliance, and payroll teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the contractor experience throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Reporting & Documentation: Support reporting requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with company policies and procedures.

- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in operations, coordination, workforce administration, recruitment support, HR administration, or a similar role.
