We’re looking for an experienced UK Engineering & Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Ahmedabad.
This is a 180° delivery-focused role — no business development. You’ll focus on sourcing, headhunting, candidate engagement and delivering quality candidates for live UK vacancies.
Key Areas:
We’re looking for someone who has recruited roles such as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Design Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Fire and safety and other infrastructure professionals.
What we’re looking for:
3–4+ years of UK recruitment experience
Strong permanent recruitment experience
Excellent LinkedIn sourcing & headhunting skills
Confident and professional telephone communication
Ability to engage senior UK engineering professionals
Proactive and comfortable with a phone-heavy environment
Engineering / Infrastructure / Construction recruitment experience preferred
Location: Ahmedabad – Work from Office
Shift: UK Business Hours
