Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive - Merchandising to join our team at Titan. As an Executive - Merchandising, you will be responsible for managing the merchandising operations for our Watches-Mainline category at our retail stores in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time, permanent position within our Retail Sales-Helios Merchandising department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a set of Internation brands of Helios channel and assisting the category manager
- Making the brand wise range plan along with the merchandising manager.
- Monitoring and maintain width and dept of merchandise at stores .
- Ensure availability of top sellers and newness .
- Coordinating between brands merchandisers, stores , supply chain and CFA’s
- Ensure regular replenishments and stock correction.
- Tracking stock delivery from brands / warehouse to stores .

Work Experience
- Graduate
- Around 3-5 years' experience in merchandising / logistics function.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in MS office, specifically excel.
- Experience in multi-tasking , ability to coordinate in a hub and spoke scenario.
- Must know Spoken Hindi and English.
