Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of construction projects
Coordination with contractors, vendors, and clients
Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and cash flow
Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards
Conducting site meetings and progress reviews
Risk identification and issue resolution
Reporting project progress to management and clients
Must need
Proven experience as a Project Manager on site. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project controls Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel, and reporting tools
