JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spare Parts Picker to support the efficient operation of the spare parts department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and issuing spare parts based on work orders and customer requirements, while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely availability of parts for workshop and retail operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Spare Parts Picker

Salary : Rs. 15000 to Rs. 20000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pick and issue spare parts accurately as per workshop job cards and customer orders.
· Verify part numbers and quantities before issuing spare parts.
· Assist in receiving, unloading, and arranging incoming spare parts shipments.
· Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the spare parts warehouse.
· Support stock counting, inventory audits, and cycle counts.
· Identify damaged, missing, or incorrectly stored parts and report them to the Spare Parts Incharge.
· Coordinate with the Service and Sales teams to ensure timely parts availability.
· Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices where applicable.
· Update inventory records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or as instructed.
· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and dealership policies while handling spare parts.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts
· Inventory handling and stock management
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organizational skills
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/DMS)
· Teamwork and communication skills
· Time management and physical ability to handle warehouse tasks
