About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts cum Admin
Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with administrative
responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes,
office administration, client coordination, payment follow-ups, documentation, and overall
office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Payment Responsibilities
● Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
● Maintain records of income, expenses, invoices, bills, and other financial
transactions.
● Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and payment-related documents.
● Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
● Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and outstanding invoices.
● Maintain records of payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection of
outstanding payments.
● Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and account-related
queries.
● Perform bank reconciliations and maintain relevant financial records.
● Assist in preparing financial reports and other required documentation.
● Support statutory compliance and audit-related documentation.
● Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Client Coordination Responsibilities
● Act as a point of contact for clients regarding payment-related queries and
other coordination requirements.
● Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution
of queries.
● Maintain proper records of client communication and follow-ups.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and concerns are
addressed effectively.
Administrative Responsibilities
● Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
● Maintain and organize office files, records, and important documents.
● Coordinate with vendors, service providers, clients, and other external parties as
required.
● Manage office supplies and procurement requirements.
● Assist with employee-related administrative documentation.
● Support onboarding and general office coordination activities.
● Handle official correspondence, emails, and internal communication.
● Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
● Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,
or a related field.
● Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
● Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software will be preferred.
● Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
● Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
● Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
● Strong client coordination and follow-up skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
● Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.
Experience
● Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to
apply.
● Candidates with experience in accounts, payment follow-ups, client coordination,
or office administration will be preferred.
