Are you curious about how mobile apps and games generate revenue? Do you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and uncovering insights?
We're looking for a Junior Mobile Growth Analyst to join our Monetization & Growth team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about mobile apps, analytics, and business growth.
No prior experience in app monetization is required if basic is there fine to go —we'll provide mentorship.
What You'll Do
As part of our team, you'll:
- Assist in managing and optimizing mobile advertising platforms such as Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, and LevelPlay (ironSource)
- Monitor app performance and revenue metrics
- Support A/B testing for ads, subscriptions, pricing, and in-app purchase strategies
- Analyse revenue trends and identify growth opportunities
- Research competitor apps and monetization strategies
- Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets
- Perform QA testing for ads, subscriptions, and in-app purchase flows
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to improve app performance

What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in Analytics, Digital Marketing, Mobile Apps, Product, Growth, or related fields (internships count)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Knowledge of any of the following is an advantage, but not mandatory:
- Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Adjust
- Tableau or Looker Studio
- Basic SQL or Python
- Mobile advertising or digital marketing concepts
