About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Mobile Growth & Business Analytics Analyst with strong knowledge of Business Analytics, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4), Google AdMob, and Mobile Applications. The ideal candidate should be analytical, data-driven, and passionate about mobile app growth and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze mobile app performance using Firebase and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Monitor and optimize app monetization through Google AdMob.
- Track KPIs such as ARPU, ARPDAU, eCPM, Retention, and LTV.
- Perform data analysis, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Build reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Perform QA testing for ads, analytics events, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve app performance.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Business Analytics, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4), Google AdMob, and Mobile Applications.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Lookup functions, Charts, Basic Formulas).
- Hands-on knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of AppsFlyer, Adjust, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay (ironSource), or Looker Studio.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of mobile app monetization and user analytics.

Pay: ₹262,324.53 - ₹300,971.84 per year
