Experience Required:
- Diploma (Civil/Mechanical): Minimum 10 years of relevant site experience.
- B.Tech/B.E. (Civil/Mechanical): Minimum 8 years of relevant site experience.
Industry Experience:
Candidates must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Thermal Power Plants
- Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP/CPG Plants)
- Power Generation Projects
- Refineries
- Petrochemical Plants
- Steel Plants
- Cement Plants
- Oil & Gas Projects
- Heavy Industrial Construction Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute civil/mechanical construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety (HSE) standards and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and prepare daily progress reports.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Verify measurements, billing quantities, and work progress.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.
Pay: ₹10,780.70 - ₹38,001.11 per month
