Candidate Profile & Requirements
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, specifically within a Manufacturing, Automotive, or Engineering plant environment.
- Core Competencies: Strong background as an HRBP, excellent talent acquisition skills, and hands-on experience driving employee engagement on a shop floor.
- Language: Ability to speak Kannada is highly preferred for seamless communication with shop-floor employees and local authorities (not mandatory for otherwise strong profiles).
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Mandatory adherence to AS9100 Rev D procedures
- Policy & Culture Development: Candidates shall actively contribute towards the development, standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational policies, SOPs, systems, procedures, operational practices, and workplace culture initiatives in alignment with the Company’s growth and organizational objectives.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
