Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating order processing from initial contact through delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating customer information in internal systems, and tracking opportunities and follow-ups. The role involves liaising with customers to address questions, provide product information, and ensure timely responses, as well as collaborating with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to align on order status and dispatch. The Sales Coordinator will also assist with sales reporting, documentation, and basic analytics to help the team meet targets and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage inquiries, orders, and internal workflows efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and basic business development to support the sales team in achieving targets and identifying opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should have proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience working with ERP systems.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Engineering, or a related field; experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Vadodara and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
