About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to handle inbound enquiries and support business development activities. The role involves coordinating with potential clients, understanding requirements, making follow-up calls, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
The candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to maintain proper follow-ups and records.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, emails, website, social media, and other platforms.
· Understand client requirements and share initial company/product information.
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients for introduction, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
· Coordinate and set up meetings between clients and the sales/business development team.
· Maintain and update enquiry data, follow-up status, and meeting schedules in CRM or internal trackers.
· Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and conversion opportunities.
· Support marketing and sales activities, including campaigns, presentations, and client communication.
· Coordinate internally with design, sales, and management teams for smooth communication flow.
· Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and meetings scheduled.
· Maintain professional communication and relationships with clients.
· Researching and building databases for prospective client outreach and cold calling.
· Assisting in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documents for clients.
· Supporting client servicing activities and coordination for ongoing projects.
· Maintaining regular follow-ups with clients and ensuring timely communication.
· Coordinating internally with sales, production, and project teams for smooth project execution.
· Assisting in lead generation, inquiry management, and business development support activities.
Skills Required
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Confident in speaking with clients over phone and email.
· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
· Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
· Ability to handle multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
· CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Qualification
· Graduate in any field.
· Preference for candidates with experience in Sales Coordination, Tele-calling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Marketing Support.
Experience
· 1 to 3 years preferred.
· Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.
