Role Description
The PCMB K12 Teachers will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for K12 students in Jharkhand. Responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom lessons, explaining concepts clearly, addressing student doubts, and providing individualized academic support. The teacher will assess student performance, prepare and evaluate assignments and tests, and share constructive feedback with learners and guardians as needed. The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators, participating in training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching materials and methods. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jharkhand, India.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for K12 levels.
- Demonstrated Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating interactive, student-centered learning.
- Ability in Lesson Planning, including creating structured lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities aligned with curriculum standards.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific and mathematical concepts in a clear, age-appropriate manner.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or in a relevant PCMB discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology).
- Prior classroom or coaching institute experience teaching K12 PCMB subjects is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with diverse learners, strong classroom management, and a student-first approach.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to support teaching and learning.
- Ability to work on-site in Jharkhand, India, with a consistent full-time schedule.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
