JOB TITLE: Coordinator – Self Help Group

REPORTS TO: MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
The SHG Coordinator facilitates SHG formation, manages group activities, builds member
leadership/ participation, livelihood promotion, and coordinate with stakeholders for the Block
assigned to her
KRA(S) AND KPI(S)
Group Management
- Survey new villages to identify areas with high potential for SHGs
- Meet village leaders and elders to build trust and gain community support.
- Form and strengthen SHGs (10–20 members)
- Conduct village level meetings to motivate women to join and form new SHGs
- Ensure active participation of all the members
Training & Capacity Building
- Train SHG members on product knowledge and other activities like sampling
- Drive awareness campaign for product usage
- Train the SHGs on mobilization
Market Development
- Build relationships within local blocks and villages
- Gather product feedback and competitors insights
- Record Keeping
- Maintain registers (Maintain meeting minutes,
- attendance records)
- Update MIS database for SHG program
- Submit reports to the Reporting Manager
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
QUALIFICATION: 12th /Graduate/Post Graduate
GENDER - ONLY FEMALES
EXPERIENCE (IN YEARS): 0 – 3 Years & above
Travel Requirements: Open to Travelling & must own a two wheeler with a valid driving license
for daily village visits ( 25Km per day approx.)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
