We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to join a leading Event Management & Experiential Marketing company that creates impactful brand experiences, corporate events, activations, and immersive campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team
- Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and client retention
- Support business development and revenue growth
- Manage project budgets, pricing, and profitability
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Track performance, financials, and client feedback
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate
✔ Strong experience in Client Servicing / Event Management / Experiential Marketing
✔ Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proven leadership and team management abilities
✔ Strong budget and financial management skills
