Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Sales Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in the stainless steel fittings and flanges industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and commercial knowledge of stainless steel pipe fittings, flanges, and piping components, with proven experience in developing new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, Water Treatment, EPC Contractors, Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, and Process Industries.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients.
- Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order execution and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on quotations and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Stainless Steel Butt Weld Fittings, Socket Weld Fittings, Threaded Fittings, Forged Fittings, and Flanges.
- Good understanding of ASTM, ASME, ANSI, MSS, DIN, and EN standards.
- Knowledge of stainless steel grades such as SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, Duplex, Super Duplex, and Alloy Steel is preferred.
- Ability to read technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits across India.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings, Flanges, Pipes,
- Experience dealing with EPC companies, OEMs, exporters, and industrial end users is preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
