Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and key business metrics.
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and manpower planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
