Job Description – Reservation Associate
Job Objective:-
The role involves handling guest interactions through calls, web, and chat platforms while delivering seamless reservation and customer support services. The candidate will ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and excellent hospitality standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
Handle guest queries and reservation requests through calls, emails, web, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding hotel bookings, services, and offers.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and courteous approach.
Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Maintain clear and effective communication with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Upsell hotel services and packages whenever applicable.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of guest concerns.
Maintain records and update customer information accurately in the system.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates or final-year students from a recognised university.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Customer service orientation with good interpersonal skills.
