· Operate twin screw extruder machines for masterbatch production.
· Start up, shut down, and monitor extrusion lines safely.
· Get the programme for the machine through Log book / from previous shift Operator/ in charge.
· Arrange raw material for machines through Helpers.
· Optimize the output of machine.
· Maintain target production output and minimize downtime.
· Change screens, dies, filters etc when required.
· Handle product changeovers efficiently.
· Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning.
· Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs.
· Follow plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.
· Maintain cleanliness around machine and work area.
Requirements:
· ITI / Diploma in Plastic Processing
· Experience in operating twin screw extruder machines
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
