We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader in various cities across India.
Missions/Main Duties:

Lead and manage the overall Project Management Consultancy (PMC)/Construction Supervision activities for the Urban Water Metro Project.

Provide strategic leadership and technical direction to the multidisciplinary team of experts.

Supervise construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities of all project components.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, environmental compliance, timelines, and budget performance.

Review and approve contractor work programs, methodologies, quality assurance plans, and construction schedules.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, applicable standards, and statutory regulations.

Coordinate with client organizations, government agencies, multilateral funding institutions, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Oversee administration of contracts, procurement monitoring, claims management, variation orders, and dispute resolution.

Lead progress review meetings and provide recommendations for timely project completion.

Review and certify contractor bills, progress reports, change requests, and contractual submissions.

Ensure effective risk management and mitigation of project implementation challenges.

Monitor implementation of environmental, social safeguard, health, and safety requirements.

Support integration of water metro services with existing urban transport systems and waterfront infrastructure.

Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports, technical reviews, and management presentations to the Client and Funding Agencies.

Facilitate successful completion, testing, commissioning, handover, and operationalization of project assets.
Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
-
Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Post-Graduation/Specialization in Port Engineering, Harbor Engineering, Dock Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Inland Water Transport (IWT) Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience in planning, implementation, project management, supervision, contract administration, and monitoring of infrastructure projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Team Leader/Resident Engineer/Project Manager in project monitoring and supervision assignments.
Experience in the successful supervision and delivery of at least two (2) infrastructure projects funded by Government, Multilateral Agencies, or Bilateral Funding Institutions involving diverse financing and procurement arrangements.
Mandatory experience in successfully delivering at least one (1) Port, Maritime, Inland Water Transport (IWT), Ferry System, Water Metro, or Waterfront Infrastructure Project.
Should have worked as Resident Engineer or in a similar leadership capacity on at least three (3) projects of similar nature, complexity, and magnitude involving Government, Multilateral, or Bilateral Funding Agencies.
Demonstrated experience in contract management, stakeholder coordination, project monitoring, procurement oversight, and project reporting.
Candidate should not be more than 55 years of age as on the date of tender submission.
