Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Technician to join our R&D manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle from assembly to dispatch, ensuring all products meet quality, performance, and safety standards. The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assembly & Manufacturing
- Perform end-to-end assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical products as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure proper installation and integration of components with high accuracy.
- Support prototype development and new product builds for R&D projects.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing guidelines.
Testing & Validation
- Conduct functional, electrical, and performance testing of products.
- Perform validation activities to ensure products meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain testing records and prepare validation reports.
Quality & Inspection
- Ensure products comply with quality requirements before release.
- Coordinate with the Quality team during inspections and audits.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality.
Dispatch & Documentation
- Verify products before dispatch to ensure completeness and compliance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain production, testing, validation, and dispatch records.
- Ensure accurate documentation and traceability of all manufactured products.
Technical Support & Process Improvement
- Diagnose and resolve manufacturing and assembly issues.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Support engineering teams in product development, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on assembly, testing, and manufacturing best practices.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and manufacturing regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in assembling, testing, validating, and dispatching industrial or engineering products.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and ISO standards.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with production documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
