About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Studio Content Creation Trainer who will be deployed to our established studio setup to train faculty members in end-to-end educational content production. The trainer will enable institutions to independently create high-quality academic video content through structured, practical, and process-driven training. Key Responsibilities Train faculties on professional studio camera handling, framing, composition, exposure, focus, and audio setup. Train and demonstrate lighting setups and teach lighting techniques. Conduct chroma (green screen) recording sessions and explain workflow. Guide faculty on education-focused content delivery and lesson structuring for video formats. Introduce fundamentals of direction suited for academic content. Train faculty in Adobe Premiere Pro include trimming, transitions, audio balancing, titles, and export settings. Teach basic chroma key editing workflows. Provide training in Canva or Adobe Express for supporting graphic content creation. Develop understanding of studio operations, equipment handling, file management, and SOP adherence. Conduct structured 3-month training modules and monitor faculty’s progress. Maintain calm, solution-oriented conduct while handling on-ground challenges diplomatically. Submit regular progress and performance reports to the central team. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in video production or studio operations. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro. Practical experience in chroma recording and editing workflows. Understanding of studio lighting and audio fundamentals. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong communication and presentation skills. Calm, solution-oriented personality with strong situational management skills. Willingness to travel for on-site assignments. Preferred Profile Experience in educational content production. Prior experience in conducting workshops or faculty training sessions. Background in media, film production, or content creation. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (Plus). Ability to adapt teaching style based on audience capability. Contract Type This is a 3-month contractual assignment with on-site deployment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
