What You'll Do
- Hire staff across the business — store teams (beauty advisors, makeup artists, store managers) and operations teams (warehouse, logistics, supply chain, head-office functions)
- Run onboarding and training so new staff settle in quickly
- Handle staff questions, concerns, and disciplinary matters
- Manage performance reviews, pay, and incentives
- Keep HR records, contracts, and payroll inputs accurate
- Make sure we follow labor laws and company policies
- Track staff turnover, hiring, and attendance, and report to management
- Support staffing plans as the business grows
What You Need
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years as a manager
- Retail, beauty, or FMCG experience preferred;
Hospitality (hotel, airline, etc.) experience also preferred
- Good knowledge of local labor laws
- Strong people and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions
- Based at head office with regular store visits
- Some weekend or peak-season work may be needed
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
