About the role
We are looking for a driven and technically sound Field Sales Executive to grow our business within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will promote and sell a portfolio of analytical instruments, laboratory consumables (CRMs, reagents, vials, accessories), and validation/qualification services (IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, compliance audits) —working closely with QC/QA labs, R&D centres, pharma manufacturing units, and CROs.
What you will do
· Identify and develop new business in pharma manufacturing, QC/QA, R&D, and CRO segments through regular field visits, customer meetings, and technical presentations.
· Align product and service offerings with customer GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Coordinate with application, service, and validation teams to drive demos, installations, and compliance activities end-to-end.
· Nurture and convert leads from exhibitions, seminars, audits, and marketing campaigns into closed deals.
· Own your territory meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while feeding market and competitor insights back to the team.
What we're looking for
· Experience selling analytical instruments, lab consumables, or validation services
· Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments and pharma regulatory frameworks
· Strong communication, presentation, and consultative negotiation skills
· Disciplined territory management, pipeline follow-up, and independent planning
· Comfortable with frequent field travel across the assigned territory
· Results-driven with a customer-first mindset and long-term relationship focus
Experience
3-8 years in field sales within pharma, life sciences, or related technical/laboratory sectors
Qualifications
B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech in Science, Engineering, Instrumentation, or Chemistry (preferred)
Diploma holders with strong relevant experience will also be considered
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
