Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive professional to drive industry partnerships, bring in training opportunities under CSR/sustainability initiatives, and support placement activities for trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and industry partners.
- Identify corporate training needs and onboard organizations for training programs at the centre.
- Drive industry engagement for sustainability/CSR-based training initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal training teams to deliver programs aligned with industry requirements.
- Facilitate placement activities by connecting trainees with employers and organizing interviews.
- Maintain a database of companies, training programs, and placement records.
- Track placements and collect relevant documentation for reporting.
- Document success stories and placement outcomes for project reports.
Key Requirement:
The role demands a candidate with strong networking and outreach skills who can actively approach companies, generate training opportunities, and expand industry partnerships beyond routine placement coordination.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in industry engagement, placements, business development, or CSR projects.
- Strong networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to approach companies and generate partnerships/training opportunities.
- Experience in skill development, training centers, or NGO/CSR projects will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting/documentation.
- Willingness to travel for industry visits and outreach activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
