Position: Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fleet operations and ensure maximum vehicle utilization.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, deployment, and scheduling.
- Handle end-to-end driver onboarding, including document verification, background checks, training, and platform activation.
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, compliance, and productivity.
- Ensure all vehicles have valid permits, insurance, fitness certificates, PUC, and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and breakdown support to minimize downtime.
- Resolve driver queries, operational issues, and escalations promptly.
- Track fleet performance, fuel efficiency, and operational costs.
- Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with leasing partners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth fleet operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on fleet utilization, driver onboarding, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, cab operations, logistics, or transportation.
- Experience with driver onboarding and fleet coordination.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and vehicle documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and fleet management systems.

Pay: ₹19,261.66 - ₹41,617.54 per month
