About the Role
Goldsikka Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across its diversified group of companies spanning both tech and non-tech sectors. This role will drive recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, payroll coordination, compliance, and workforce planning — acting as a key partner to leadership in building a structured, people-first organization.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all business verticals, ensuring consistency and compliance across entities
· Lead recruitment strategy and execution for critical, leadership, and volume hiring needs in partnership with the recruitment team
· Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
· Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen retention, morale, and workplace culture
· Manage the performance management cycle — goal-setting, appraisals, feedback systems, and improvement plans
· Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
· Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.), and audit readiness
· Identify training & development needs and coordinate learning programs to build workforce capability
· Support workforce planning and organizational design in line with business growth plans
· Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and discretion
· Act as a key liaison between employees and leadership on HR matters, policies, and organizational communication
· Maintain and analyse HR metrics/dashboards to support data-driven people decisions.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
· 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally across a multi-entity or fast-growing organization
· Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
· Experience managing full-cycle HR functions, not limited to a single specialization

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
