Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess cognitive, emotional, behavioral, developmental, and social functioning.
- Screen for mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, attention problems, and behavioral disorders.
- Identify psychological and behavioral disorders.
- Provide individual psychotherapy for children and adolescents.
- Assess developmental milestones.
- Educate parents about child development and behavior management.
- Provide counseling to families coping with a child's illness or disability.
- Help children manage pain, fear, and anxiety before and during medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Prepare psychological assessment reports.
Desired candidate profile:
- Master's degree (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Applied Psychology from a recognized university.
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or a Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology.
- Registration with the relevant professional or regulatory authority, if applicable.
- 1–3 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a hospital, pediatric clinic, child guidance clinic, rehabilitation center, or mental health setting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,380.08 per month
