We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings.
- Promote and sell the company's Digital Marketing Services, Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Software Solutions, and AI Business Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, startups, SMEs, corporate organizations, and strategic partners.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing and technology solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business consultations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial agreements, and sales documentation.
- Monitor sales activities, lead pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company's CRM system.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Required QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B Sales, IT Services, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions, SaaS, Technology Consulting, or Business Services will be preferred.
