Profile Overview:
Responsible for completing projects within specified timelines, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering optimal results. Seeking a flexible, detail-oriented team player with multitasking abilities to consistently meet deadlines and produce quality work. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in MEP design and implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact positively with clients
Responsibilities:
- Assist Team Lead in diverse BIM projects.
- Create 3D models of MEP services at different levels of development, including coordination with other trade
- services, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Conduct point cloud to BIM conversion, Revit family creation, and Builders work drawings.
- Perform self-quality checks and generate drawings to meet customer requirements.
- Act as a supportive and motivating team member, guiding trainees.
- Work effectively under pressure, maintaining balance.
- Capture new growth opportunities with confidence and assist in clash detection Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 2-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US BIM projects.
- Insights on Fabrication CADMEP & Dynamo are advantageous.
- Proficient in Revit & Navisworks Manage software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team player with listening and motivational abilities in diverse MEP projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
