SBJ Multicom Pvt. Ltd. is a SEBI Registered Stock Broker and a member of NSE, BSE, MCX & NCDEX. We provide Equity, F&O, Commodity, Currency, Mutual Fund and IPO investment services through advanced trading platforms. We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Back Office & Operations Executive to join our Sirsa branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client account opening and KYC documentation.
- Verify and maintain client records and documents.
- Assist clients with account-related queries and documentation.
- Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Handle email communication with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain office records and files.
- Support daily branch operations and administrative work.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of client information.
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office, Banking, Finance or Stock Broking.
- Knowledge of KYC documentation and client onboarding.
- NISM certification will be an added advantage.
