SINGAPORE POSTING - RELOCATION PROVIDED - WORK PASS SPONSORED
Salary: SGD 2,800 - 3,200 per month basic (approx INR 1.8 - 2.1 lakh) + furnished accommodation provided + monthly performance bonus up to SGD 1,800. On-target earnings SGD 4,600 - 5,000+ (approx INR 3 - 3.3 lakh per month). One-way airfare and medical insurance included.
We are a fast-growing halal-certified Indian events caterer in Singapore - hundreds of weddings and events every month from one central kitchen, now expanding to multiple outlets. We already hire from Chennai and run an established Singapore relocation process.
We are hiring one senior operator to RUN the central kitchen completely: production, food cost, wastage, team management, rostering, dispatch, hygiene compliance, and daily numbers reporting to ownership.
THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:
- You speak fluent TAMIL. You will lead a Tamil-speaking kitchen team every day and run the shift in Tamil, so this is a genuine requirement of the job. Working English is needed for reporting numbers to ownership.
- You have run large-volume Indian catering production - wedding/ODC catering at 2,000-5,000+ pax, hotel banquet kitchens, or cloud-kitchen/institutional production
- You manage by NUMBERS: you can state from memory your current kitchen's monthly revenue, food-cost %, labour %, and wastage %
- You have personally built food-cost reports, authored staff rosters, and negotiated supplier prices - and can show all three at interview
- You hold food safety certification (HACCP/FSSC or equivalent) and have worked in halal kitchens
- You want your pay tied to your performance: our bonus system is measured by kitchen software (AI stock counts, timestamped dispatch, photo-scored hygiene) and pays up to SGD 1,800/month on top of base, plus recurring bonuses for every new outlet launched
